Patty and I were fast friends in grade school. I spent many weekends with her at her folks house on Oakland Ave. I even remember her dad putting us in a bulldozer scoop and driving all over their property. Patty moved away and we would send envelopes of stuff through the mail that made the postman cry. I always thought that one day I would get to see Patty again and relive our little girl pasts. I am so sorry to hear of her passing. I wish I had been able to know Patty again. My prayers and sympathy go out to her family. I am still your buddy Patty. I will always think of you with a big smile. Please find my dad and tell him hell-o. Love Bev

Patty was a dear and close friend whom I met in 1989 at Fantastic Sam's where I worked as a hair stylist. Patty was a long-time client of mine. Over the years our friendship extended to include Patty's Mother, Diane Hill. I remember one time the three of us, Patty, her mother and me, went to the beach to celebrate Mother's Day, so many memories of that day remain intact to this day; we had so much fun and enjoyed the day together. Patty loved life, her family and her close friends. Patty will be Sadly missed along life's way, quietly remembered every day...No longer in our life to share, but in our hearts, she will always be there. Although it's difficult today to see beyond the sorrow, May looking back in memory help comfort us all tomorrow.
It will be the little things that we will remember, the quiet moments, the smiles, the laughter.
And although it may seem hard right now, it will be the memories of these little things that help to push away the pain and bring the smiles back again.

I was very shocked to her about Patty's passing. I have wandered and talked about her many times. Never new where she went or what her future was. I spent the night with her a few times and hung out with her in High School. We doubled dated many times and sharred some of the same friends. I wished I could of visited with her befor she got sick. She will always be in my thoughts as well as her family. Prayers go out for the family!!

Patty & I graduated from high school together. It was so nice to re-connect with her after all these years. It was such a pleasant surprise when she came to volunteer at DMH, where I work with the volunteers! The staff here and at the Thrift Shop expressed their dismay and all said they would miss Patty very much when I called to let them know. I know that she is in a better place and whole again but that doesn't help the heartache of those left behind. I pray that God will give you His peace and that you will accept it and lean on it in the coming days when you need it.
